  • “Subscription” means any paid plan or premium access level offered by Siltrium.

2. Description of Services

Siltrium offers an online travel-platform that supports emotionally aligned travel planning and personal-growth-focused itineraries through its TripWeaver tool, curated blog content, and API subscription services. The Services include:

  • Personalized travel itinerary generation based on emotional preferences, climate, trip duration, and activities you select;
  • Free access to certain blog articles and content;
  • Subscription-based access;

Siltrium reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to update, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services, including pricing or features.
Users agree to use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

You must be at least fourteen (14) years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Subscription and Access

To obtain access to the TripWeaver API or other subscription-based features, Users must first select the applicable plan described at https://siltrium.com/pricing.
After selecting a plan, Users should contact Siltrium through the contact form at https://siltrium.com/contact or by email at [email protected]. Upon receipt of your request, Siltrium will provide payment instructions and any necessary onboarding information.

Following payment confirmation, your API credentials will be activated on the same business day.

A limited demo version of the API, capped at fifty (50) free requests per day, is available via https://ai.siltrium.com.

Failure to remit payment or comply with these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services consistent with your plan level and these Terms.

4. Refunds

All subscription fees must be paid in full and are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise. Refunds may be considered only in limited cases, such as verified duplicate charges, demonstrable technical errors preventing access to the purchased Service, or other circumstances determined solely at Siltrium’s discretion.

To request a refund, Users must submit a written request to [email protected] within seven (7) calendar days of the original transaction date, accompanied by sufficient documentation of the issue.

Siltrium reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria or are inconsistent with fair use of the Services.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including the API, website and related technology, are owned exclusively by Siltrium. Nothing in these Terms conveys any ownership rights to Users. Siltrium may use aggregated, anonymized data generated from your interaction with the Services for research, analytics, and product improvement purposes, provided such data does not identify you personally.

6. User Content

You may submit data, feedback, comments, ideas or suggestions (“User Content”). By submitting User Content you:

  • Represent that you own or have the rights to submit the User Content;
  • Grant Siltrium a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate and distribute the User Content in connection with the Services;
  • Agree that we may use or integrate your User Content without compensation to you.

You are responsible for your User Content and its compliance with these Terms.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to engage in conduct that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation;
  • Interferes with or disrupts the functionality or security of the Services;
  • Attempts to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization;
  • Transmits harmful or malicious code;
  • Harasses, abuses, or threatens other users or Siltrium personnel;
  • Collects or harvests personal information from other users without consent.

Siltrium reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of access, for any prohibited use.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate Your access to the Services at any time without prior notice or liability for any reason, including if You breach these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Siltrium disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or accuracy.

We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, completely secure or error-free, or that results obtained from the Services will be accurate, reliable or timely.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Siltrium, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with Your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and each party consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Siltrium reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time in its discretion. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date indicated below.
